The District Court denied plaintiff's motion to remand the case to state court, granted defendant's motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's claims for failure to exhaust grievance and arbitration procedures under a collective bargaining agreement, and denied plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on his state law claim.
